This BAA will remain open until 31 January 2026, unless amended. The first batch of video submissions are due Wednesday, 29 January, 2025. Additional batch due dates will be posted throughout the BAA life. This BAA is issued in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.102 (d)(2) and FAR 35.016, although awards may be made based on FAR and non-FAR authorities. A separate Request for Proposal (RFP) or other solicitation document will NOT be issued. No funding for direct reimbursement of video/material development costs shall be allowed. Industry engagement and materials submitted under this announcement shall not be returned. It is the policy of DHS to treat all materials as proprietary information and to disclose their contents only for the purposes of evaluation. Please note only unclassified materials may be submitted. Classified information must not be transmitted.
