UPCOMING CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS IN CARTHAGE, TUNISIA

The American Battle Monuments Commission is issuing this public notice of anticipated calendar year 2026 construction projects planned at the North Africa American Cemetery located in Carthage, Tunisia, for:

• Construction of perimeter fence
• Renovation of an existing building to be used as a pedestrian screening facility.

236220 Commercial and Institutional Building Construction

238990 All Other Specialty Trade Contractors

Market Research supports the use of U.S.-based construction firms for both projects.  Experience with Department of State or other U.S. Government projects in the region is highly desirable.
