This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared inaccordance with the information in FAR Subpart 12.6, using SimplifiedAcquisition Procedures found at FAR 13.5, as supplemented with the additionalinformation included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the onlysolicitation. PAPER COPIES OF THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE. This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2025-06 and DFARS Publication Change Date 27 AUG 2025. Amendment 001 is to provide answers to questions and a revised PWS. The revised PWS better clarifies but does not change the Period of Performance.
