    The US Army Health Contracting Activity (USAHCA), Fort Bragg, NC, intends to solicit, negotiate, and award an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for Urine Analysis Tester and reagents. The contractor shall provide non-personal services to include, but not limited to, all personnel, equipment, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, training, and other items and services necessary to provide Urinalysis automation systems and reagents. The contract pricing must be an all-inclusive price within the Cost Per Reportable Result (CPRR).  The contractor selected is responsible for equipment and services at the main facility at Womack Army Medical Center (WAMC), Fort Bragg, NC and 2 outlying medical clinics (OLCs): Clark Health Clinic and Robinson Health Clinic. The contractor shall perform to the standards of the Statement of Work (SOW).

    The automation system includes at a minimum:

    - 2 identical, UA chemistry and UA microscopic systems to include wagon or stand to one location. 

    -2 additional identical or comparable UA chemistry and UA microscopic systems to include wagon or stand, one to each specified location.

    - Peripherals (e.g., Uninterruptable Power Sources (UPS), instrument specific computers, Computer Processing Units (CPUs), printers, barcode scanners, terminals, monitors, etc.

    This solicitation number W81K0425QA020 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ).  Delivery date for this service is within 30 days of award.  This is an unrestricted procurement.  The NAICS Code is 334516. The Small Business Size Standard is 1500 employees.
