US EMBASSY GUATEMALA EXTERIOR CLEANING SERVICES

The Embassy of the United States in Guatemala will issue a solicitation for the acquisition of exterior cleaning services for the maintenance of its compound.

Major duties and responsibilities are to provide exterior cleaning services in all designated spaces of the US Embassy in Guatemala.  The contractor shall provide all required labor, personnel and, management to render the required services.

All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered.   

Please note this solicitation is not ready to be issued as of this date. The Embassy of the United States in Guatemala will launch the solicitation on www.SAM.gov,  website when it is available.

The anticipated performance period is for a base year, with four one-year option periods, if exercised by the Government. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which will be considered.

The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price type contract.

The Government is planning a pre-proposal conference and the date for this conference will be in the solicitation.

Pursuant to FAR 4.1102(s), offeror shall be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov prior to submittal of their offer/proposal. Failure to be registered at the time of proposal submission shall deem the offeror’s proposal to be considered non-responsive to the solicitation requirements and no further consideration will be given. Therefore, prospective offerors are encouraged to register prior to the submittal of proposals/offers.
