    Description

    1. The Air Force Air Combat Command (ACC) Acquisition Management and Integration Center (AMIC) is conducting market research to identify potential sources for AFCENT Postal Support.  The Government is considering requesting contractor support to provide performance-based services at the following MPOs: ASAB, Kuwait; ADAB, UAE; AUAB, Qatar; PSAB, Saudi Arabia; and MSAB, Jordan. Safeguard mail, postal effects, funds, and stamp stock at all times, and in accordance with (IAW) applicable directives.  Perform all tasks to receive, deliver, process, and dispatch official and personal mail in atimely and secure manner. Services include: Supervision, Customer Service, Finance, Receipt and Dispatch (R&D), Registered Mail, Official Mail, Postal Supplies and Mail Control Activity (MCA). 

    2. The draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) is attached for your review and consideration.  The Government reserves the right to adjust the draft PWS and industry is notified that the draft PWS may change when the final solicitation is issued.  

    3. This Request for Information (RFI) is distributed to conduct market research and constitues only a request for sources.  This is not an official Request for Proposal (RFP) and proposals are not being requested, nor will they be considered at this time.  This RFI does not commit the Government to contract for any supply or service.  Respondees are advised that the US Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this RFI.  All costs associated with responding to this RFI will be solely at the interested party's expense.

    4. Interested prime contractors must complete Attch 1 to verify that your company has the proficiency to provide the required support.  You may also submit a capability statement which demonstrates your ability to meet the tasks described in the PWS.  The capability statement cannot exceed three (3) pages.  We ask that you submit your responses, along with any qeustions or concerns related to this requirement, to the Contract Manager, MSgt Tyler Walker, at tyler.walker.4@us.af.mil and the Contracting Officer, Mr. Michael Krewinghaus, at michael.krewinghaus@us.af.mil. Questions must be submitted in writing.  Responses are required NLT 1200 EDT on 2 July 2025.
