COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 and FAR 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Instructions to offerors, evaluation criteria, and all applicable FAR Provisions and Clauses are attached. The solicitation number is 70Z04524QKODI0041 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). Government Estimate Less than $40,000.00 The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and Construction clauses are those in effect through Provisions & Clauses FAC 2022-08 Effective: 10/28/2022 wage determination 2015-5687 Rev 21 Dec 26,2023. This acquisition is set-aside 100% for SMALL BUSINESS. USCG BASE KODIAK PUMP INSTALLATION AND VIBRATION TESTING , Kodiak Alaska Contractor will provide all supervision, labor, equipment, materials, and transportation to install the main fuel pump (ITT Goulds 3316M 3x4x11H), commission pump, and prove pump stop and pressure relief work in tandem. IAW the attached Statement of work Where Federal Acquisition Regulation clause language is inconsistent with FAR 13.004, Legal Effect of Quotations, that language is hereby tailored in accordance with FAR 12.302 to be consistent with a request for quotations. This tailoring includes, but is not limited to the following: In accordance with FAR 13.004, a quotation is not an offer, and any clause provision to the contrary is hereby modified to be consistent with FAR 13.004.
