USCG MSU HOUMA INTERNET/CABLE SERVICE

The United States Coast Guard is accepting quotes from qualified individuals or firms to provide all labor, supplies, materials, equipment, supervision, licenses, and management for Internet and Cable Television service for Coast Guard (USCG) MSU Houma. Located at the site of 423 Lafayette St. Ste112 Houma, LA 70360.

Prior to submitting a quote, it is mandatory to examine the Performance Work Statement to become familiar with the required work, and it is highly recommended to visit the location to become familiar with existing conditions under which the work will be performed. All work must be completed in accordance with the Performance Work Statement.

The period of performance for this contract is a one-year base period with four one-year (12 month) option periods as follows:

Base Period: 01 May 2026 - 30 April 2027

Option Year One: 01 May 2027 - 30 April 2028

Option Year Two: 01 May 2028 - 30 April 2029

Option Year Three: 01 May 2029 - 30 April 2030

Option Year Four: 01 May 2030 - 30 April 2031

Contractors’ quotes need to provide a total price for the base year and all option years.

This will be a firm-fixed priced purchase order awarded to the lowest priced technically acceptable offer. The evaluation factors are:

- Price

- Technical Acceptability

- Past Performance

This is set aside 100% for small businesses.

All contractors must be actively registered in SAM.gov.
