The applicable North American Industrical Classification System (NAICS) code is 333618, and the size standard is 1,500 employees. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals.  While the Government does not anticipate competition, any responsible source may submit a proposal that shall be considered.  Information received will be considered for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement, which is solely within the discretion of the Government.
