Contractors are strictly prohibited from walking on the roof during the site visit. However, contractors are authorized and encouraged to utilize their own drones to conduct visual inspections of the exterior roof conditions, provided they operate safely and comply with all local regulations. All quotes are due by 0800 (PST) 07/28/2026. SUBMISSION OF QUOTES Quotes must be submitted electronically to Ava.M.Stow@uscg.mil by the date and time specified in this solicitation. Incomplete submissions may be considered unresponsive and ineligible for award. A complete submission shall consist of the following parts: Part 1: Price Quotation A completed and signed Standard Form (SF) 1442. A detailed Price Breakdown for the total firm-fixed-price. The breakdown must, at a minimum, separate the costs for the following major tasks: Materials: Itemized list of materials with quantities and cost Labor: Estimated hours and rates separated by task Equipment/Travel Disposal Part 2: Technical Proposal The Technical Proposal shall not contain any pricing information. It must provide a clear, concise narrative demonstrating the quoters understanding of and ability to meet the requirements of the Statement of Work (SOW).
