    The Department of Homeland Security {DHS}, United States Coast Guard {USCG} Surface Forces Logistics Center {SFLC}, located at 1 Eagle Road Bldg. 55, Alameda CA 94501 is issuing this Notice of Intent {NOI} to inform industry contractors of the Government's intent to Award a Sole Source Firm Fixed Price {FFP} Contract IAW Federal Acquisition Regulation {FAR} Part 12 and 13 procedures.

    The intended Contractor NAG MARINE., located at 2901 Sabre St. Suite 50 Virginia Beach, VA 23452 United States.

    USCG SFLC requires: USCG SFLCE LRE Baltimore OEM Technician training.

    This procurement is being conducted using commercial item procedures pursuant to Federal Acquisition Regulation {FAR} Part 12 and FAR Part 13, specifically FAR 13.106-1{b}{1}, allowing the Contracting Officer

    {KO} to solicit from one source.

    The North American Industry Classification System {NAICS} for this requirement is 336611 - Ship Building and Repairing. The Product of Service Code for this requirement is U008. This will not be a small business under the Small Business Administration {SBA} size standard for this sector.

    This notice of intent is neither a formal solicitation nor a request for competitive proposals. No solicitation document is available, and telephone requests will not be honored. No award will be made on the basis of unsolicited quotations or offers received in response to this notice. Any response to this notice must show clear, compelling and convincing evidence that competition will be advantageous to

    the Government. The intent of this synopsis is for informational purposes only.     STATEMENT OF WORK

    VEGA Tank Level Indicator Programing Training

    Work Statement

    U.S. Coast Guard WMSL Class Cutters require comprehensive training for personnel responsible for programming and maintaining VEGA Tank Level Indicators (TLI). Proper understanding and troubleshooting of the TLI system are essential for safe and effective operations. Training shall cover radar theory, system components, error codes, advanced troubleshooting, and hands-on practice with installed equipment.

    Scope of Services

    NAG Marine agrees to provide OEM Technical Representative services to conduct a comprehensive three-day training class for designated USCGC personnel responsible for VEGA TLI systems. Training will be delivered on-site and will cover radar theory and principles of operation and programming, as well as a detailed overview of VEGA TLI system components and sounding procedures. The course will include instruction on error codes and their interpretation, advanced troubleshooting techniques utilizing error codes, and computer-based communication with TLIs. Additionally, participants will receive hands-on instruction and practical exercises using the installed VEGA TLI equipment to ensure thorough understanding and operational proficiency.

    Included in the costs are the following: All labor, training materials, and documentation required for the course. NAG Marine will provide qualified instructors and ensure all training is conducted in accordance with OEM standards.

    The contract will be for the period of 17 FEB 2026 – 19 Feb 2026 at USCG Base Charleston, SC (1050 Register St, North Charleston, SC 29405).
