The NAICS Code is 336611 Ship Repair with a small business size standard of 1,300 employees. The solicitation number is 70Z08526QIBCT0027. SCHEDULE OF SUPPLIES/SERVICES: See Attachment 1. DESCRIPTION OF WORK: The contractor to provide all necessary materials, equipment, personnel as necessary to perform Dockside repairs to the U.S. Coast Guard Cutter USCGC BRISTOL BAY (WTGB-102), a 140 Class River Buoy Tender Cutter homeported in Detroit, MI. All in exact accordance with this solicitation and the attached specification. See Attachment 2. CONTRACT TYPE: This solicitation is a request for quotes (RFQ) that will result in the award of a Indefinite Delivery Requirement Contract (IDR) solicited under FAR PART 12, subject to availability of funds. Under this contract, the Coast Guard will issue task orders to the contractor. Orders may be issued by mail, e-mail, facsimile, and orally (followed up in writing). CONTRACT PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: The performance period for this requirement starts on or about June 2, 2026 July 13, 2026 (42 Days). PLACE OF PERFORMANCE: The place of performance is the Cutters Homeport. CUTTERs Home Port: 110 Mt. Elliott St. Detroit, MI 48207 REQUIRED DOCUMENTS: Each offeror shall furnish the information required by the solicitation, which includes: 1.
