The intended Contractor WOODWARD, 1041 Woodward way, Fort Collins, CO, 80524 United States. USCG SFLC requires: USCGC Hamilton technical service to repair micro-CP. This procurement is being conducted using commercial item procedures pursuant to Federal Acquisition Regulation {FAR} Part 12 and FAR Part 13, specifically FAR 13.106-1{b}{1}, allowing the Contracting Officer {KO} to solicit from one source. TECHNICAL SERVICES TO REPAIR WOODWARD MICRONET CPU (PN 5466-1035) Background. CGC HAMILTON is unable to operate the Main Gas Turbine. Initial trouble shooting determined a critical failure in the Woodward panel. Further troubleshooting revealed RAM failure fault codes. HAMILTON requires a certified Woodward technician to troubleshoot the cause of failure and to replace the MICRONET CPU with a newly reprogrammed one. Scope. 1 Field Service Engineer for two (2) ten (10) hour travel days and two (2) ten (10) hour days on a single visit for following: MICRONET CPU (PN 5466-1035) inspection and troubleshooting. Perform CPU replacement with a working MICRONET CPU (PN 5466-1035). This would include programming and uploading the appropriate software for proper function. Tasks. The contractor shall: Provide all technical and all proprietary data to troubleshoot and repair the CPU (PN 5466-1035). Provide quantity (2) of the MICRONET CPU (PN 5466-1035) and deliver the parts to the place of performance. Note: MICRONET CPU (PN 5466-1035) has a stated 6-week lead time from OEM. Program install and install MICRONET CPU (PN 5466-1035) on HAMILTON Provide field report within 5 working days of visits. Place of Performance: USCGC HAMILTON ATTN: DISCREP 26021 1050 Register St. North Charleston, NC 29405 Period of Service- TBD Dates will be coordinated once the replacement MICRONET CPU (PN 5466-1035) is available.
