STATEMENT OF WORK
CGC MOBILE BAY OPFAC: 09-17503 LOCATION: Sturgeon Bay, WI
EQUIPMENT: AFFF SYSTEM
COMPONENT AFFECTED: ANNUAL INSPECTION OF AFFF SYSTEM
MPC: R-A-1569, AQUEOUS FILM FORMING FOAM (AFFF) INSTALLED SYSTEM OPERATIONS TEST
Ships Force will conduct testing of AFFF IAW MPC R-A-1569. Contractor will supply containers, transport, and dispose of up 2000 gallons of 3% AFFF & 97% water. Conducting test of AFFF Fire Fighting System & filling of totes may take 2-4 hours. Conducting of test will be performed by the USCG.
Any discrepancies found shall be noted. If any discrepancy causes cost outside the quote, SF will immediately notify IBCT PL.
