    This Request for Information (RFI) initiates market research under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 10 and is not a Request for Proposal (RFP).     The Program Manager Infantry Weapons (PM IW), Marine Corps Systems Command (MCSC), seeks sources and information for aircraft blade hours as well as parachute and paraloft facility support services to facilitate training and testing of various personnel parachute and aerial deliver systems, which will allow PM IW personnel to maintain jump proficiency and qualifications. PM IW anticipates 16 missions in a 12-month period, with each mission requiring a minimum of three blade hours per day. Interested firms must be Air Mobility Command (AMC)/A3B Paratroop Carrier and Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Part 91 and / or Part 135 Certified, and comply with Department of Defense Instruction (DoDI) 4500.53 (May 2021).
