    Description

    This is a Sources Sought notice for informational and planning purposes only. This is not a solicitation, and the information provided in this notice is subject to change. Additionally, this is a follow up to the sources sought # FA488525R0002 posted on 14 Sep 25.

    The United States Military Training Mission (USMTM) is conducting market research to identify potential sources capable of providing non-personal medical services.

    Requirement

    We are seeking a contractor to provide and maintain a full-time equivalent (FTE) based on the number of personnel assigned to USMTM and its mission partners. The services will be provided under a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract.The required positions are the following:

    • Physician

    • Nurse

    • Pharmacist

    The contractor must be able to provide services for a range of 1 to 1200 personnel. Additionally, the contractor shall be affiliated with TriCare. 

    All services must be provided by a healthcare provider that is an authorized TRICARE-affiliated provider.

    Capabilities Statement

    Interested parties should submit a capability statement that demonstrates their ability to meet the requirements outlined above. The capability statement should include, but is not limited to, the following:

    • Company name, address, and point of contact information.

    • A brief description of the company's experience in providing similar medical services.

    • Evidence of the company's ability to staff the required positions with qualified personnel.

    • Information on the company's capacity to manage a fluctuating number of personnel.

    • Any other relevant information that demonstrates the company's ability to perform the required services.

    • Proof of TRICARE affiliation
