The proposed simplified acquisition is being solicited on a Woman Owned Small Business sole source basis with Dynamic Systems Inc., 880 N Park View Drive, El Segundo, Califirnia 90245 

The Contracting Department, NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center (FLC), Norfolk, VA intends to award a Women Owned Small Business (WOSB) Program sole source firm fixed price purchase order to Dynamic Systems Inc. as a result of this solicitation in accordance with FAR Part 12 and 13. This is not a request for competitive quotes; however, Interested parties may identify their interest and capability. Any interest to this sole source must be received in writing and sent to christin.t.griffin.civ@us.navy.mil by the due date of the solicitation to be considered by the Government for the purpose of determining whether or not to compete the requirement. Quotes must include information sufficient to enable the Government to decide that an equivalent service/supply exists which would meet the Governments needs as stated herein. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. 

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial supplies/services in accordance with the information in FAR Subpart 12.6 and FAR Subpart 13.106, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures for commercial items. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; and a written solicitation will not be issued. This combined synopsis/solicitation will be available for download on or about 11 August 2025 under Request for Quotation (RFQ) number N0018925Q0431 at the following website: https://beta.sam.gov/.  

This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2025-01 and DFARS Change Notice 20250117. It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions.
