Purpose of Amendment
The purpose of this Amendment is to make the following changes:

• Delete specific ICNs from the requirement package
• Page 3: Amend Section B to adjust the number of bundled ICNs for CLIN0001 and update the growth CLIN percentage for CLIN0002
• Page 36: Amend Section J to revise Attachment (2) and to incorporate Attachment (7)
• Page 43: Extend the Questions submittal due date to 02 JUL 2026, 10:00 AM Japan Standard Time (JST)

Amendment Details

a. Solicitation N6264926R0011, issued on 05/29/2026, is hereby amended as follows:

The following ICNs are deleted in their entirety from the requirement package:

• No.23 - ICN 38E9312351R_00_A01
• No.49 - ICN 38E9326101R_00_A01

Section B in the solicitation is amended as follows:

CLIN0001:

Delete:

The contractor shall accomplish the work requirements of all fifty-seven (57) ICNs as outlined in the drawings and specifications provided in Section J Attachment (1).

Replace with:

The contractor shall accomplish the work requirements of all fifty-five (55) ICNs as outlined in the drawings and specifications provided in Section J Attachment (1).

CLIN0002:

Delete:

The growth CLIN percentage is revised to read as follows: "The growth CLIN amount represents 15.85% of the total proposed cost for CLIN00001."

Replace with:

The growth CLIN percentage is revised to read as follows: "The growth CLIN amount represents 16.02% of the total proposed cost for CLIN00001."
