Government Answer: The 4 units can be used for other transportation as long as they are available when we need them. They do not have to be set aside specifically for the VA. Question 2. Has peak simultaneous transport demand under this or prior contracts historically been concentrated during specific hours of the day? If so, can the Government share that distribution? Government Answer: The timeline remains the same regardless of whether it is the beginning of the contract or somewhere in the middle.
