Exchange scope includes downsizing current retail square footage, new interior finishes, and new fixtures as needed. Express scope includes adding three (3) QSPs (Hunt Bros Pizza, Chopz Grab-n-GO, and & Express Kitchen), new Express walk-in cooler/freezer, and additional walk-in cooler/freezer to support new QSPs. Additional scope includes new shared Exchange/Express checkout, renovated customer toilets, renovated administration area, and new mall customer lounge area. Project scope is 25,250 sf total.
