VARIAN ARIA ONCOLOGY INFORMATION SYSTEM AND ECLIPSE TREATMENT PLANNING SYSTEMS - MAINTENANCE SERVICE

The Defense Health Agency Contracting Activity (DHACA), Healthcare Contracting Division – North East (HCD-NE), Falls Church, VA on behalf of A.T. Augusta Military Medical Center (ATAMMC), Fort Belvoir, VA, Oncology Department, Cancer Radiation Treatment Services, intends to award a sole source Firm Fixed Price contract under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) - FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(ii)(B) - Only one responsible source and no other supplies will satisfy the agency requirements, to provide a comprehensive service agreement for Varian ARIA Oncology Information System and Eclipse Treatment Planning System currently installed and operational at ATAMMC. Service shall include manufacturer - authorized software support, maintenance, and clinical application assistance required to ensure continued safety, compliance, and uninterrupted radiation therapy operations. This notice of intent to award a sole source contract IS NOT a request for competitive proposals, or quotes. There will be no Request for Proposals (RFP); or Quote (RFQ) available for competitive responses. Phone calls will not be accepted.
