NOTICE OF INTENET TO AWARD SINGLE SOURCE

THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETATIVE QUOTES. This is a notice of intent to award a single source contract in accordance with FR 13.106-1(b)(1).

The Reference Number is FA441825Q0051. The 628th Contracting Squadron (628 OCNS), 101 E. Hill Blvd, Joint Base Charleston, South Carolina (JB CHS), intends to award a single source contract for Weapons Station Vehicle Barrier Maintenance.

628 CONS intents to make solicit and make award to Global GRAB Technologies, Inc. 277 Mallory Station Rd #112, Franklin, TN 37067. Market research was conducted and information gathered in determining this company to be suitable source for this requirement.

In accordance with FAR .207(c)(15), the proposed action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with a single source in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(1). A redacted copy of the single source justification is attached to this notice.

This notice of intent to award is not a request for competitive proposals; however, responsible source may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered with the agency.

A determination by the government not to compere this requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct competitive procurement.
