The contractor?MUST?Comply with the requirements as detailed in Ventilation Systems Manual S9512-AF-MMA-010 REV 4 CH 2; and clean to condition noted in Naval Ships Technical Manual (NSTM) Chapter 510, S9086-RQ-STM-010, REV-7, DTD 1 MAY 2006; Navy Ventilation Cleanliness Assessment Guide, Appendix B, pages B-1 through B-22.The contractor shall perform to the standards in this contract. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary.
