The project includes a base bid for the first dredging cycle plus two options for additional dredging cycles. Sub-contracting plans are required for all construction contracts awarded to a large business when the award amount exceeds $1,500,000.00. If the offeror is a large business, the firm will be required to submit a subcontracting plan as part of its bid package. Plans and specifications will not be provided in hard paper copy.
