The Contractor must maintain a constant flow of traffic during construction. Base perimeter road surfacing to be primarily of HMA Pavement. Existing base perimeter road distance to be resurfaced unofficially is 4.2 miles of primarily two and three lane road, with Jefferson Ave from Main Gate to Wilbur Wright Blvd. being three lanes. Those three lanes make up one mile of the projects 4.2 total miles. Contractor to remove and reinstall steel wedge barriers and jersey barriers throughout construction per the direction of SANGB Security Staff. Steel barriers to be reinstalled at grade to match pre-construction condition. Site visit will be held on Wednesday 3 June 2026 at 2:00pm EDT. Please have base access request forms in NLT 4 days prior to site visit.
