The scope of this project is the repair of the existing system architectural, plumbing, and structural systems and replacement of permanently damaged materials. The south portion of the building, which contains the firefighting apparatus, has not been compromised and will not be included in any repair designs. Finishes will match existing/original finish and material selections in the affected areas, and design or selection of a new color/material palette is not part of the scope.Solicitation will contain at least three CLINs, one main CLIN, and two Option CLINs. First Option CLIN is for exterior building repair, and second Option CLIN is for site work.
