The Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PHNSY & IMF) is issuing this sources sought as a means of conducting market research to seek eligible contractors who are interested and capable of providing technical services to the Shipyard for repair of the Ship’s Service Turbine Generators (SSTG) on board a Virginia-class submarine. Additional details and specification can be found in the attached DRAFT Statement of Work.

The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 336611 – Ship Building and Repairing. The Product Service Code (PSC) is J020 - Maintenance, Repair, and Rebuilding of Equipment-Ship and Marine Equipment.

This is not a solicitation. This request is only for capability information to interested parties that believe can satisfy this requirement. Any parties may submit a written capability statement to the primary point of contact. The government assumes no financial responsibility for any cost incurred. Telephonic responses are not allowed. Statements must be received by the stated deadline to be evaluated for technical merit and capability.
