This is a notice of sole source for the Court Services and Offender Supervision Agency (CSOSA) Virtual Acquisition Office (VAO) Software Licenses. The CSOSA awarded a Task Order, in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i), Only one source is reasonably available and no other supplies or services will satisfy the agency’s requirements. The CSOSA awarded of a Task Order on a sole source basis to Unison Virtual Acquisition Office, LLC, Dulles, VA. The CSOSA has a requirement for annual license subscription of VAO. VAO is a knowledge and productivity web-based subscription service designed to keep acquisition professionals across the Federal Government apprised of changes in legislation, policies, regulations, protests, and oversight reports, along with an analysis of the impact on acquisition and program management environments. With features like Daily Acquisition News and Advisory publications, as well as easy-to-use productivity tools such as step-by-step Acquisition Checklists (which are continuously updated to reflect the changing federal civilian and defense regulatory requirements), VAO directly supports consistency and compliance across the organization. The period of performance is 1(one) 12-month base period from August 1, 2025 through July 31, 2026, and 1(one) 12-month option period from August 1, 2026 through July 31, 20274. It is a firmed fixed price Task Order. This notice is for informational purposes only.
