All the requirements and details of this purchase can be found in the Attachment titled "N00244-26-Q-S006 RFQ". - Page (2) of that document provides a high-level summary of the requirement. - Page (5 - 12) is the Performance Work Statement (PWS), i.e., Section C of the solicitation. - Page (55 - 57) consists of all the instructions for question and quote submission, including the deadlines. This is Section L of the solicitation. - Page (58 - 61) explains how the Government will evaluate the quotes received. This is Section M of the solicitation.
