This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items, prepared in accordance with the information in FAR Subpart 12.6, Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation of Commercial Items and FAR part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a written solicitation will not be issued. PAPER COPIES OF THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE.

This combined synopsis/solicitation SHALL be posted on SAM.gov. The RFQ number is N0018925Q0201. This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2025-03/ 1-17-2025 (effective06 JUN 2023) and DFARS Publication Notice 20230609 (effective 17 JAN 2025). It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The proposed contract action is for Supplies and Equipment for USS Truman (CVN-75) Homecoming event and is SET ASIDE FOR SMALL BUSINESS.

Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is for request for competitive proposals. All bids, proposals, or quotations received by the closing response date, will be considered by the Government.

The Naval Supply Systems Command Fleet Logistics Center, Norfolk requests responses from qualified sources capable of providing supplies as detailed in the attached statement of work. This announcement will close at 12:00 PM EST on Tuesday, May 13, 2025.
