Notice of Intent to Sole Source
The Bureau of Land Management (BLM), Wyoming State Office, intends to award a sole source contract to Industrial Scientific Corporation, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, for iNet® gas monitors and subscription services.
The contractor will provide subscription services that enable BLM Wyoming Inspection and Enforcement employees to focus on their core responsibilities. Industrial Scientific¿s iNet® subscription ensures consistent management and operation of gas monitoring equipment across Wyoming field offices, including data logging, recording, maintenance, and equipment replacement.
This is a notice of intent to award a sole source contract and is not a request for competitive proposals. No solicitation package will be issued. Telephone or fax requests will not be accepted.
Interested parties who believe they can meet the requirements are invited to submit clear and convincing evidence of their capabilities in writing. The Government will evaluate all responses received by the deadline to determine if a competitive procurement is appropriate. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement is solely within the Government¿s discretion.
Responses are due no later than September 18, 2025.
The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 334513 (Instruments and Related Products Manufacturing for Measuring, Displaying, and Controlling Industrial Process Variables), with a size standard of $7.5 million.
