W91QVN-25-R-0006 PRE-SOLICITATION CONFERENCE FOR OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE OF FACILITY-RELATED AUTOMATION SYSTEM LOCATED AT USAG HUMPHREYS

PRE-SOLICITATION CONFERENCE

1.Title: Draft Solicitation No. W91QVN-25-R-0006 for Operation and Maintenance of Facility-Related Automation System located at USAG Humphreys

2.Purpose and Scope: This pre-solicitation conference is issued in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 10, specifically FAR 10.001(a)(2)(ii), for market research purposes only.

The United States Army, 411th Contracting Support Brigade is seeking to have dialog with potential and eligible vendors with the capability to perform the operation and maintenance of facility-related automation systems, to include building automation system and utility infrastructure control system, located at U.S. Army Garrison (USAG) Humphreys, South Korea.

This announcement is not a request for proposals and does not obligate the Government to issue a solicitation or award a contract.

3. Overview of the Pre-solicitation Conference: During the pre-solicitation conference, the Contracting Officer will provide an overview of the procurement process, including required documents, licensing, past performance, and technical evaluation criteria. Additionally, DPW, USAG Humphreys will present the draft Performance Work Statement (PWS).

This conference is designed to:

1. Facilitate dialogue with industry regarding the draft solicitation and PWS, allowing the Government to potentially refine requirements;
2. Ensure potential bidders have a clear understanding of the solicitation requirements; and
3. Provide an opportunity for vendors to ask questions and seek clarification on any aspects of the draft solicitation and PWS.

                 CP Humphreys

*Date & Time: 11 June 2025, 09:00hrs (KTZ)

Late entries will not be allowed.

5. Instructions for Attendees: Companies interested in participating in the pre-solicitation conference must submit a list of attendee information—including company name, attendee name, and Korean ID (KID) number by no later than 4 June 2025, 15:00hrs (KTZ) to facilitate the installation access process. Responses must be submitted electronically via the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) at https://piee.eb.mil.
