Notice of Intent to Sole Source CSOSA Walk Through Magnetometers

This is a notice of intent to sole source for the Court Services and Offender Supervision Agency (CSOSA) Walk Through Magnetometers.

The CSOSA intends to solicit and award a Task Order, in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i), Only one source is reasonably available and no other supplies or services will satisfy the agency’s requirements. The CSOSA anticipates the award of a Task Order on a sole source basis to CEIA USA Ltd, Hudson OH. The CSOSA has a requirement for Extended Warranty and Preventive Maintenance of Walk Through Magnetometers in CSOSA office locations. The anticipated period of performance is one year, from April 1 2026, through March 31, 2031. It is anticipated a firmed fixed price Task Order. This notice is not a request for competitive quotations. A solicitation will not be available for this requirement. The intent of this notice is for informational purposes only.
