    The USDB Textiles Warehouse project is an approximate 1,283 SF+/- Office Addition to the south side of an existing 9,350 SF existing metal building warehouse, including a new south side recessed truck dock and adjacent paving. Contractor to provide stamped structural engineered drawings for the building addition and related foundations, existing metal building modifications, and slab, truck dock and retaining walls.
