WASTE AND RECYCLABLE REMOVAL SERVICES

Amendment 001:
1. To provide the Government’s answer to vendor questions.
2. To extend the submission deadline for quotations from Tuesday, August 19, 2025, at 10AM EST to Friday, August 22, 2025, at 4PM EST.

Fiscal Service Procurement, on behalf of the Armed Forces Retirement Home (AFRH) of Gulfport, MS (AFRH-G), is hereby requesting a formal quote for the subject requirement in accordance with the attached solicitation.

The Government intends to issue a firm fixed price contract for one (1) twelve-month base year and four (4) twelve-month option years, with a flexible but anticipated period of performance of 09/15/2025 – 09/14/2030. This requirement is 100% set-aside too small businesses only.

Offerors shall have an unexpired SAM.gov registration and Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) before a contract award may be made.
The offeror shall adhere to the Quotation Instructions included within this solicitation.

Any questions regarding this solicitation shall be submitted in writing to purchasing@fiscal.treasury.gov and katie.mccarthy@fiscal.treasury.gov by no later than 10:00AM EST on August 13, 2025 and must state “20342325R00010 – Questions/Waste Removal Services, Attn: KJM/JMS” in the subject line. Any questions submitted after this deadline will not be assured of an answer. Any questions and/or comments received are not considered proprietary and will not be protected by the Government.

PROPOSAL SUBMISSION:
Electronic quotations shall be submitted to purchasing@fiscal.treasury.gov and katie.mccarthy@fiscal.treasury.gov no later than 4:00PM EST on August 22, 2025 to be accepted, and must state “20342325R00010 – Quotation/Waste Removal Services, Attn: KJM/JMS” in the subject line. Proposals received after this deadline are late and will not be considered. It is the responsibility of the Offeror to verify receipt of their proposal.

The Offeror assumes full responsibility for ensuring all electronic materials and attachments submitted are formatted in accordance with the Bureau of the Fiscal Service Security Requirements.
