WASTE REMOVAL SERVICES FOR U.S EMBASSY OSLO, NORWAY

Waste Removal Services – 19N06025Q0009

The Embassy of the United States of America in Oslo, Norway invites all interested responsible vendors to submit quotations for Waste Removal Services for the U.S. Embassy Oslo according to the attached Scope of Work.

The Embassy intends to award a contract to the responsible company submitting an acceptable offer at the lowest price.  We intend to award a firm-fixed priced contract based on initial quotations, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so.

Quotations are due by: August 21, 2025 @ 16:00 (Norwegian local time). No quotations will be accepted after the indicated deadline. 

Your quotation must be submitted in English and electronically to OsloGSOBids@state.gov with the subject line “Waste Removal Services – 19N06025Q0009.  It is important to make sure the submission is made in specific size and format; in MS-Word 2007/2010 or MS Excel 2007/2010 or Adobe Acrobat (pdf) file format. The file size must not exceed 30MB. If the file size should exceed 30MB, the submission must be made in separate files and attached to separate emails with less than 30MB each.  

According to FAR 4.1102 in the case the amount of offer/contract action exceeds $30,000, all prospective offerors shall be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) https://www.sam.gov at the time an offer or quotation is submitted, during performance and through final payment.
