The new system will utilize portions of the existing sewer pipe, will add new septic tanks, and will require a new leach field to be constructed. In addition, the existing comfort station will be demolished and some utilities will be removed and/or abandoned. A new sewer line, septic tanks, lift station and leach field will be installed for the new comfort station, as well as utilities for a pre-cast concrete replacement comfort station and the installation of an aggregate pad. The existing lagoon will be removed and graded to a level usable surface.

The estimated period of performance for completion of the work is 270 calendar days from the issuance of notice to proceed.
