WCF TOUR & VISITOR CENTER SUPPORT

The Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP) WCF Office of External Relations has a requirement for support services to assist in overseeing, staffing, and running the operations of the WCF Tour & Visitor Center (TVC) located in Fort Worth, TX. The contractor shall provide all personnel and supplies to include management of the information desk, public tours, transportation services, retail sales store, exhibits and displays, theater, film, and audiovisual equipment, special educational promotional events and sales endeavors, and assembly of informational materials.

To facilitate market research, the Government is looking to identify qualified Small Business and/or 8(a) sources under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 561520 Tour Operators; as well as to acquire requirement feedback via a Request for Information (RFI).

This notice seeks capability statements and feedback, to assist the Government in identifying capable firms and finalizing the future solicitation. This Sources Sought Notice is for information and planning purposes only and shall NOT be construed as a solicitation or as an obligation on the part of the Government. This notice does not obligate the Government to award a contract or otherwise pay for the information provided in the response. The Government will not reimburse respondents for any costs incurred in the preparation of a response to this Notice.

To facilitate a timely and comprehensive review of all submitted responses, firms must respond using the format requested in this Notice. Interested firms shall submit their response to include the requested information by utilizing Attachment 2. RFI Response Matrix. Further details are provided in the attachment titled 'Sources Sought_RFI_WCF TVC FY25'.

All responses to this Sources Sought Notice must be submitted electronically to Terry Lawrence, Terry.Lawrence@bep.gov .
