Introduction: THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY – This notice is issued solely for information and planning purposes, as a means for the Government to conduct market research, identifying interested parties and their capability to support the requirement for Web-Based Training Courseware as stated in the Performance Work Statement (PWS).

Responses to this notice will be considered and will help the Government dictate a path forward. All business categories will be considered to include large businesses. Capability statements will also be accepted.

Contractor Capability: The contractor shall be responsible for supplying the Web-Based Training Courseware and include the request itemized within the draft PWS.

Responses to Sources Sought notice: Responses to this notice shall be limited to three pages and submitted by email directly to Contract Specialist, Shakeia Reyes (shakeia.reyes.2@us.af.mil) and Contracting Officer, Sarah Brown (sarah.brown.53@us.af.mil). Responses are due no later than Thursday, 14 August 2025 by 3:30pm Eastern Standard Time. Any questions may be directed to the points of contact listed above.

The applicable NAICS code for this requirement is 541511 with a Small Business Size Standard, $34,000,000.00.  The Product Service Code is U012. Businesses of all sizes are encouraged to respond; however, each respondent must clearly identify their business size in their response.

Respondents shall not be obligated to provide the supplies/services described herein.

Responses from interested vendors should address the following items:

Confirmation that your company can provide the requested items on the draft PWS.

Provide company socio-economic status (i.e. Small, Small Disadvantages Women-Owned, etc.) under identified NAICS and company profile to include, CAGE Code and DUNs number.
