WEB CONFERENCING SERVICES

The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) has a requirement for Web Conferencing Services. The Contractor shall provide Software as a Service (SaaS)-based, multipoint communication web conferencing and collaboration service platform that securely displays real-time presentations for up to 3,000 participants. Additionally, the webinars or meetings are required to include audio and video presentation options and ability to be recorded and posted to the agency's website or SharePoint site. The Contractor shall include orientation training and support necessary to allow users to fully utilize the service. For information purposes, the services described shall be in accordance with the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) Statement of Work entitled, Web Conferencing Services.   
The solicitation 2043FY-25-Q-00068 will be available on 09/19/2025 and will be distributed solely through the GSA eBuy, SIN:518210, 100% Small Business Set-Aside.
