    Description

    The 177th Operations Group, Warren Grove Range, Det 1, 150 Bombing Range Road, Barnegat, NJ 08005 has a requirement for approximately $25,000 of clean fill dirt material delivered to the above address. Contract price shall not exceed $25,000.00. The intent of this acquisition is to have the maximum amount of clean fill dirt material delivered to Warren Grove Range for $25,000.00 to allow for aerial target and Range property maintenance. GENERAL INFORMATION Solicitation W50S8F-24-Q-A020 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). Quotes shall be valid for 60 days from the date of solicitation closing. Please include expiration This procurement is a total small business set-aside. The NAICS code for this requirement is 23320 Gravel, construction, merchant wholesalers. The size standard is up to 150 employees. The contractor shall provide & deliver clean fill dirt material in accordance with Attachment 01 - Technical Requirements document and any supporting attachments. The intended contract vehicle will be a Firm-Fixed Price Contract. SUBMISSION AND EVALUATION OF QUOTES Quotes are due no later than the date and time as specified on www.SAM.gov. The offeror shall ensure the quote submitted is received by the 177FW NJANG Contracting Office no later than the due date and time specified in the solicitation. Meeting the Technical Requirements as detailed in Attachment 01 to the Solicitation. 2. Price Streamlined Evaluation of Offers, in accordance with FAR 12.602; Evaluation of Quotations & Offers, FAR 13.106-2; and the Trade-Off Process, FAR 15.101 will be used by the Government to evaluate the offeror quotes. Offerors shall include a completed copy of the provision 52.212-3 Alt 1, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items.
