The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division at China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competitive basis the following items: 1) VxWorks 653 Multi-Core License Qty 1; 2) Project License Maintenance Qty 1; 3) VxWorks 653 floating license Qty 3; and 4) Support and maintenance for floating Qty 3.This requirement is sole sourced to USI Electronics, 2775 West Cypress Creek Road, Fort Lauderdale FL as the sole authorized distributor of these WindRiver products. This is a renewal of existing software and maintenance.
This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; however, any firm believing it can fulfill the requirement identified above may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice, which shall be considered by the agency. The written response shall reference solicitation number N6893625Q0040 and provide a capability statement that clearly indicates the firm’s experience, assets, background, and ability to perform the required work without compromising the quality, accuracy, reliability, and schedule.
