This solicitation is for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items with elements of Part 15, Contracting by Negotiation, and FAR 16 – Types of Contracts as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This Requirements type contract will be in effect from the date of the award until ten years thereafter.
