    Scrap Wood Disposal (Service) - The Contractor shall provide all
    labor, materials, equipment and supervision required to perform
    Scrap Wood Haul Off and Disposal at the Blue Army Depot IAW the
    attached Statement of Work. power supplies (UPS) at the Blue
    Grass Army Depot (BGAD) in accordance with the following SOW
    attached. The selected vendor on this competitive solicitation may
    be offered a Master Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA), if the
    Government has a ongoing need for these services and vendor
    performs the service well.
