    Description

    WPAFB Warehousing and Shipping Support in Dayton, OH. 

    The intent of this solicitation is to select one contractor for the WPAFB Warehousing and Shipping Support located at Wright Patterson Airforce Base, OH.  The basis of award is the Best Value Trade-Off Process.  The Contracting Officer will award a firm fixed price contract to the responsible offeror whom the Source Selection Authority (SSA) determines conforms to the solicitation, is fair and reasonable, and offers the best overall value to the Government, all factors considered.  The Government reserves the right to accept other than the lowest priced offer or to reject all offers.

    The Facility to be maintained includes approximately 24,000 square feet with an additional 14,000 square feet to be added in 2024 plus inventory management of approximately 155,000 items. Shipment of items include ITAR and hazardous materials. The warehouse shall support multiple Air Force Organizations and other customers to aid operational readiness and mission availability through the following logistical support services; inventory management of individual personal equipment utilizing the Special Warfare Branch Battlefield Airmen Rapid Refresh & Replenishment (BARs) software for property accountability. Utilizing the BARs software for the management/accountability of the gears for this effort is mandatory, receive, store, kit, package and ship individual personal equipment and maintain documentation and labeling for all items received and shipped.
