X-RAY AND ULTRASONIC INSPECTION SERVICES FOR RAM PROGRAM

Pre-Solicitation Synopsis is as follows, posted 01May2025-

Army Contracting Command Rock Island (ACC-RI) hereby issues a pre-solicitation synopsis on behalf of Tooele Army Depot (TEAD) for X-Ray and Ultrasonic Inspection Services for Rolling Airframe Missile (RAM) program located on-site at Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division (NAWCWD) at China Lake Naval Base to include Government location site technicians and radiographic equipment, conduct radiographic inspections, and provide test results in a digital format to TEAD and Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division (NAWCWD) personnel.  In accordance with distribution F restrictions, RAM program files will not be made available online.

The solicitation is projected to be released no later than June 20, 2025, as a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) procurement.

The resulting contract is expected to be a commercial, firm-fixed-price contract with a one-year base period and four option years, with an estimated period of performance from October 1, 2025, to September 30, 2030.

This notice does not obligate the Government to award a contract or reimburse respondents for information provided. The Government will not consider requests for meetings or briefings, nor will it respond to inquiries regarding the Request for Proposal (RFP) status prior to its official release.

Contractors shall be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database and must possess a Unique Entity ID (UEI) to be eligible for contract award.
