X-RAY SYSTEM, PARTS, AND TECHNICAL SUPPORT

The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) Lakehurst, NJ anticipates the award of a Firm Fixed-Price contract as a sole source to North Star Imaging (Cage Code: 0KGB3) for the procurement of Hardware and Software Preventive Maintenance (PM) and technical support for the NSI X5000 Computed Tomography X-Ray System and parts in support of the NAWCAD Lakehurst, on Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst, NJ 08733. North Star Imaging is the only business entity that can meet the hardware maintenance, software maintenance, and technical support requirements. Hardware and software services should not be broken out.

THIS PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. The Government is not obligated to, and will not, pay for any information received from potential sources as a result of this synopsis. There is no commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation, make an award or awards, or be responsible for any money expended by interested parties before award of a contract for the effort described above. Information provided herein is subject to change and in no way binds the Government to solicit for, or award, a contract. Responses must be received within fifteen (15) days of publication of this notice via email no later than 27 February 2026 at 12:00P.M. EDT to Danielle Russo at danielle.m.russo4.civ@us.navy.mil.
