In accordance with FAR 6.302-5, this Notice of Intent is to inform all parties the Department of Veterans Affairs (VHA), Program Contracting Activities Central (PCAC), for the National Veterans Wheelchair Games (NVWG) intends to Sole Source a procurement for the following requirement. The requirement is to secure approximately 250,000 continuous sq. feet of convention center exhibit hall space from July 17 - 22, 2025 with move-in/set up: Tuesday, July 15 - Wednesday, July 16, 2025, and move-out: Wednesday, July 23, 2025, to support wheelchair sporting events, ceremonies, and banquet facilities for the 44th National Veterans Wheelchair Games. An estimated 500 disabled Veteran participants all using wheelchairs or power chairs, along with their family members/coaches/special event staff and volunteers will be participating in NVWG events in the Convention Center. We will need to be able to have ample space for administrative functions during the event. The venue must be 10 miles from the Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport AND 0.5 miles from the athlete s hotels. The associated North America Classification Systems (NAICS) Code is 561591 and the Business Size Standard is $25 M. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement no later than 11:00 AM Eastern Standard Time, Wednesday, April 30, 2025. Information received in response to this notice must clearly demonstrate the capability of meeting the Government s need as stated above. Include any relevant information (specifications, cut sheets, brochures, capability statement, etc.) confirming the ability to supply the products and/or any services outlined in this notice. A determination not to compete this requirement, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government. The Government is not responsible for any potential costs incurred from interested parties desiring to respond to this notice.
