Project Title: XTLF 25-1025 ELECTRICAL DISTRIBUTION RESILIENCE CIRCUIT 2 LOOP FEED Project Location: Vance AFB, Enid Oklahoma Notice to Offeror(s) and Supplier(s): Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. Once funds are available, bid guarantee will be required before award. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date for receipt of proposals. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any cost. The work includes the installation of one 15kV Class pad mounted distribution switch, two 15kV class pad mounted sectionalizing cabinets, the construction of approximately 1300 linear feet of duct bank and installation of approximately 1300 linear feet of 15kV class medium voltage cable. The electrical cable will connect to an existing pad mounted distribution switch and an existing pad mounted sectionalizing cabinet. This will project will require two horizontal directional drill installed sections of the duct bank, connection into an existing manhole, pulling electrical cable in 4 pull sections between medium voltage equipment, 24 dead break elbow terminations to connect the cable to the medium voltage equipment and incidental related work. This solicitation is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside.
