XTLF 26-1017 REPAIR ROOF F826

Notice to Offerors:  Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. Once funds are available, bid guarantee will be required before award. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date for receipt of proposals. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an Offeror for any cost.

The purpose of this solicitation is to notify prospective contractors on the performance of construction services for project XTLF 26-1017 Repair Roof F826. The scope of the project is to fully remove the roofing material from the facility. The removal is comprised of a low slope ballasted built-up roof and two steep slope standing seam metal roofs. Removal of the standing seam will include all support framing and an abandon in place built-up roof below the standing seam. Once the existing roof materials and support framing for the existing standing seam is removed, the entirety of the building's roof areas will be replaced with a new fleece backed single ply TPO over cover board and tapered insulation. New gutters and downspouts are included with the scope.
